If you’re visiting our Vancouver chiropractic care center for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. It’s our mission to make your time with us a comfortable and confidence-inspiring experience.

Your First Visit
Your first appointment will take about one hour. As you enter the practice, you’ll be warmly greeted and invited to complete your new patient paperwork. You’ll then meet with Dr. Thomas, who will conduct an in-depth assessment, including:
- A consultation
- An orthopedic and neurological evaluation
- X-rays, if necessary (we’ll refer you to a convenient local facility)
During this first appointment, we’ll ask you to change into a gown. Dr. Thomas is very thorough. She’ll be checking the symmetry of your spine, as well as looking for any possible skin abnormalities. After a thorough evaluation, if Dr. Thomas determines that chiropractic care can help you and no further evaluation is needed, you will receive your first adjustment.
Your Second Visit
Your second appointment will take about 20 minutes. During this visit, Dr. Thomas will evaluate your examination findings to help you understand the source of your problem. She’ll also discuss customized care options to help you start feeling your best. Your visit will conclude with your second adjustment.
Subsequent Visits
Ongoing appointments average about 15 minutes in length, depending on your condition. Consistent adjustments are initially essential to help your body heal rapidly.
